GasGuard GG20: the propane nozzle that reaches recessed fill valves
Forklift cylinders and RVs often bury the 1¾" ACME filler valve behind a bracket or body panel. The GG20's 160 mm connector nut gets there and couples cleanly, without adapters. UL 125 listed, field repairable, quoted with lead time before you commit.
In short: the ELAFLEX GasGuard GG20 is a UL 125 listed LPG nozzle with a 1¾" ACME coupling and a 160 mm connector nut, built for filling forklift cylinders, RVs and small tanks whose filler valves sit too deep for a standard nozzle. It flows up to 63 L/min (about 16.6 gpm) at 12 bar, is rated to 25 bar (362 psi), weighs about 2.0 kg (4.4 lb), and comes in three versions: GG20, GG20H and GG20DN. {{BRAND_NAME}} quotes all three for US delivery.
Stop forcing a short nozzle onto a buried valve
A standard 125 mm ACME nozzle can bottom out against the cylinder collar or bracket before the threads fully engage. Operators compensate by angling the nozzle, cross-threading, or reaching for an adapter. ELAFLEX's own manual advises against fill point adaptors.
The GG20 adds 35 mm of reach to the connector nut and a guided, extended thread that lines the nozzle up with the fill point before it engages. Everything behind the coupling (valve, nose pieces, flow path) matches the shorter GG1 series, so crews don't learn a new tool.
What happens when someone gets it wrong
Pull the lever while the nozzle isn't coupled and nothing comes out; the GG20 can't discharge LPG to atmosphere uncoupled. If the fill point gasket is missing, the nozzle still seals. A 300 µm (50 mesh) strainer ships fitted as standard to catch debris before it reaches the tank.
The connector is a high-strength aluminum casting with a stainless steel ACME insert, so it resists the thread distortion that ends the life of cheaper nozzles. When seals do wear, the whole nozzle is repairable.
Forklift cylinders
Refilling motor fuel cylinders where the valve sits inside the mounting cradle.
RVs and motorhomes
Fill valves recessed behind access doors or skirting.
Autogas fleets
Vehicles with awkward fill point locations on commercial bodies.
Small tanks
Mobile and small stationary LPG storage tanks with ACME fittings.
GG20 vs GG20H vs GG20DN
Same body, same reach, same connection. The nose piece is what changes, and it decides lever effort, gas released at disconnect, and whether untrained users can operate it safely.

|---|---|---|---|
| Nose piece | Single | Hybrid | Dual (patented) |

Flow figures are ELAFLEX ratings at 12 bar system pressure. Field flow depends on pump, hose length and the vehicle's fill valve.
